I’m a Blind mom, Disability thought leader, Writer, Speaker, Mediator, Marathon Runner and Gold Medalist with the 2008 Paralympic US Women’s Goalball team.
As the former Director of the Independent Living Resource Center San Francisco, I helped the agency raise $1.2 million in less than a year to design and construct a fully accessible community center in the heart of San Francisco.
Before that, I worked with Mayor Gavin Newsome’s office in San Francisco to address ADA complaints.
I have extensive experience fundraising, managing relationships between various philanthropic and justice-focused organizations, and bridge building between the worlds of Big Tech and the disability community.
